At the Heritage Guild, we specialize in archery, from beginner to expert, hunter to target archer, we have something here to suit every passion. Whether a traditional archer, compound archer, or crossbow shooter, Branchburg is your one stop archery shop equipped with indoor and outdoor archery ranges, classrooms, instruction and bowtech.

The Heritage Guild of Branchburg is Central Jersey's best equipped archery center with  indoor test archery range, classrooms, plus our outdoor 3D archery range. The Heritage Guild of Branchburg offers both archery sales and instruction, and provides the area's only opportunity for customers to purchase and train in archery at the same location.

We hold our Beginner Archery courses every Saturday. You can sign up by stopping into the store, over the phone, or from our website. We also offer a large variety of bows and accessories; let our staff help you find the right bow for you.

You can try out the latest archery equipment to see what feels right before making a purchase on our indoor archery range. Our outdoor 8-lane, 60 yard archery range is open for your convenience at our Branchburg, NJ location (handicapped accessible). We offer bag, block, and Rinehart 3D targets out to 60 yards.

Whether you're looking for a new set up, getting your old set up tuned for the season, or just in need of some new arrows or accessories, our bowtech is here daily to help you out with all your archery needs.

Archery Courses

Archery is a challenging activity that develops hand/eye coordination and concentration. It is the type of activity that does not require huge blocks of time in one's busy schedule, and archers can develop their skills as their time allows.

Both the Heritage Guild of Branchburg, NJ and Heritage Guild of Easton, PA offer a Beginners Archery course that caters to the individual who never picked up a bow or those who want to learn the basics to improve their skills on the range. All Heritage Guild instructors are USA Archery certified and class sizes are kept small to maintain an optimum student/instructor ratio.

The Beginner Archery course and Beginner Crossbow course does not require you to bring any equipment, since everything you need will be provided for the course. Just bring yourself and your friends and family to enjoy a past time that will develop into a passion. The classes total approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours divided between class time and range time. The classes cover all the fundamentals and principles necessary to handle and shoot a bow safely and participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the class which will permit access to Heritage Guild archery ranges.

Our Intermediate Archery Course is the next step in further developing your archery skills.

Classes are open to adults, and young adults ages 8-18 with a parent or guardian in attendance. We encourage parents and guardians to sign up for the class as well and many find learning archery with their kids is a great experience.
